Location: the hotel was next to Dotonbori, which is a major tourist and shopping area. As for me, rooms were brand-new with an interesting view of the expressway right outside the window, they offered wake-up service.

Loved the central heating, individual safe, and flat-screen TV in the room. the bed was exceptionally comfortable. - the staff at the reception desk were unobtrusive and nice. - Great and fantastic location with a subway station near the hotel. - Close to bars and restaurants.

Clean rooms with daily made beds. Tricky to find if unfamiliar with the area, but easy from Namba Walk exit B4. Convenient location near Dotonbori and the sights. Clean facilities with free beverages and massage chairs. Large rooms with space for luggage. Helpful staff and option to store luggage after check-out.
